  • These services are available to any resident of India (including NRI) at all Aadhaar Seva Kendras across the country.

Aadhaar service fee on Aadhar Seva Kendra

UIDAI has determined the fees payable by residents of Aadhaar services at Aadhaar Seva Kendra. Here:

  • Sign up for Aadhaar: Free
  • Update biometrics for kids (5 and 15 years old): Free
  • Biometric update or no demographic update*: Rs 100.
  • Updated demographics of residents only*: Rs 50.
  • Aadhar Download & Color Print: Rs 30.
  • *Updating multiple fields at once will be considered as one update

    Residents can pay at `` Cash Counters '' at Aadhaar Seva Kendra or pay online when booking an appointment online on UIDAI's website.

The opening of Aadhar center will have to pass the licensing exam

Aadhar Center Licensing Process

To purchase a license, first visit the NSEIT portal and create a login ID. After logging in, you can apply by following the procedure described here.

Application process

  • First, go to the website https://uidai.nseitexams.com/UIDAI/LoginAction_input.action.
  • Click Create New User. Here you will be asked to share your code.
  • Please visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in/offline-kyc to share your code and download the offline e-Aadhaar.
  • In addition to this, XML files and shared code are available. Return to the application window and correctly enter all the information requested in the form.
  • Your user ID and password will now appear in your phone and email ID.
  • Log in to the Aadhaar Testing and Certification portal using your User ID and Password.
  • Receive another form. Please fill out completely.
  • Upload your photo and digital signature to your website. Click Continue to submit the form.
  • Now you have to pay. To do this, go to the website menu and click Payments.

Apply to Aadhar Center

A Digital India Portal ID is required to apply to the Aadhar Centre. Once you have a ID, you can apply for the Aadhar Center.

  • First, you must log in with your Digital India Portal ID
  • After logging in, click Aadhar Center Apply Option.
  • After clicking, fill in the required information in the form
  • You must wait 45-90 days after submitting the form
